What we collect when you buy coffee from us, why we need it, who else touches it and how to make us delete it.
Something here unclear? We would rather rewrite it than leave you guessing.
Ask us about this pageThese Terms govern access to the Brew60 website and the purchase of Brew60 products. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy and other policies referenced at checkout. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or reduce rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indian consumer law.
The website is operated by BREW60 BEVERAGE PRIVATE LIMITED, CIN U10792GJ2026PTC177408, having its registered office at Flat No. A-203, 2nd Floor, Nilkanth Heights, Abrama Road, Mota Varachha, Surat - 394101, Gujarat, India. GSTIN: 24AAOCB7082Q1ZW. Applicable FSSAI licence/registration number(s): [CONFIRM].
You must be legally competent to enter into a contract under applicable Indian law. If accounts are enabled, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for information supplied through your account. You must provide accurate contact, shipping and billing information.
We aim to display product descriptions, ingredients, net quantity, price, statutory declarations, manufacturer/packer/marketer details, country of origin where applicable, FSSAI information, nutrition/allergen or other food information where required, and other material product information accurately. Packaging, labels, colour and appearance may change from time to time, but the product supplied will comply with applicable requirements. Always read the physical product label before consumption, particularly if you have dietary restrictions or sensitivities.
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. The total payable amount, including applicable taxes and mandatory charges, will be shown before you place the order. Delivery or other optional charges, if any, will be disclosed before payment. We do not intentionally use hidden or drip pricing. Pricing errors may be corrected before dispatch; where an order is affected, we will contact you or cancel/refund the affected order as appropriate.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted for fulfilment. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons such as stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, payment failure, suspected fraud, address/serviceability issues, quantity limits or legal restrictions. If we cancel an already-paid order, the amount collected for that order will be refunded through the original payment method or another lawful method agreed with you.
Available payment methods and any applicable fees will be displayed at checkout. Online payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers. We do not ask you to share OTPs, UPI PINs or card PINs with Brew60 support. Payment security and chargeback options may also be governed by the relevant bank/payment provider. See our Payment & Billing Policy for more detail.
Dispatch and delivery estimates are described in the Shipping & Delivery Policy and at checkout where applicable. Delivery dates are estimates unless explicitly guaranteed. Delays caused by events outside reasonable control will be handled in accordance with applicable law. Please ensure the delivery address and contact details are complete and accurate.
Cancellations, returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy. Because coffee is a consumable food product, change-of-mind returns of opened or used products may not be accepted for hygiene and safety reasons. This does not affect your statutory remedies if goods are defective, damaged, spurious, wrongly supplied, materially not as described or otherwise covered by applicable consumer law.
Promotions may have additional eligibility, validity, minimum-order, product, channel or redemption conditions. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively. We may correct or withdraw a promotion affected by error, fraud or misuse, subject to applicable law and orders already validly accepted.
If Brew60 offers recurring subscriptions, the subscription page must clearly disclose the billing amount/frequency, renewal terms, cancellation method, delivery schedule and any minimum commitment before enrolment. Recurring payment consent must be explicit and cancellation must not be intentionally made more difficult than sign-up.
If the website allows reviews, photos or other user content, you must submit content that is genuine, lawful and relevant. We do not knowingly publish fabricated reviews as if they were independent consumers. By submitting content, you grant Brew60 a non-exclusive right to display and use it for operating and promoting the website/brand, subject to applicable privacy and advertising law. We may remove unlawful, abusive, misleading, irrelevant or infringing content.
The Brew60 name, logos, brand assets, website design, photographs, graphics, text, packaging artwork and other content are owned by or licensed to Brew60 and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping and information purposes only. No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, scraped, sold or commercially exploited without permission, except as permitted by law.
• Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.
• Interfere with website security, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access or misuse another person's account.
• Use automated systems to scrape, overload or disrupt the website except with our written permission.
• Misrepresent identity, payment authority, delivery entitlement, review status or eligibility for promotions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an "as available" basis and non-essential content may contain temporary errors or interruptions. Brew60 does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including statutory consumer remedies. Subject to those rights, Brew60 is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from unauthorised misuse of the website, third-party systems outside our reasonable control, or failure to follow product instructions.
You agree to be responsible for losses or claims reasonably arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, infringement of another person's rights, fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law. This clause does not reduce any non-waivable consumer rights.
Neither party will be treated as in breach for delay caused by events outside reasonable control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, transport disruption, government restrictions, strikes, network outages or similar events, but Brew60 will take reasonable steps to communicate material delivery impact and provide remedies required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to statutory consumer rights and the jurisdiction of competent consumer commissions/authorities, courts at Surat, Gujarat will have jurisdiction over disputes that may lawfully be submitted to them.
For complaints, use the Grievance Redressal Policy. Customer Care: [CONFIRM]. Grievance Officer: [CONFIRM]. We aim to issue a complaint ticket/reference number, acknowledge qualifying consumer grievances within 48 hours and resolve them within one month as required under applicable e-commerce rules.
We may update these Terms prospectively. The version applicable to an order is generally the version available when that order is placed, except where a change is required by law or is more favourable to the consumer.
